At Sacred Mind and Soul, I am committed to your satisfaction and the effectiveness of our virtual past life regression sessions. I understand that circumstances can change, and I offer the following terms for refunds and cancellations:
Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before session:
If you need to cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or may reschedule your session at no additional cost. - 24 hours or less before session:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable and rescheduling is not available, unless due to a true emergency. Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and we can discuss rescheduling options.
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your session without any penalty if you provide more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is only permitted in the event of a true emergency and is subject to availability.
Refunds
- Before session commencement:
Refunds are available if you cancel your session more than 24 hours prior to its scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time unless there is a verified true emergency. - Session dissatisfaction:
I strive to provide a meaningful and transformative experience. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please reach out to discuss your concerns. While refunds cannot be issued once a session is completed, I am dedicated to understanding your feedback and exploring ways to improve your experience.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Completed sessions:
Once a session is completed, it is non-refundable. I encourage feedback and will work with you to address any concerns or dissatisfaction. - Technical issues not due to Sacred Mind and Soul:
I am not responsible for refunds if technical issues arise from your internet connection or hardware, which prevent or disrupt the session. Please check your equipment and connection before your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.
